Bandido Coffee Co. does not store any sensitive card holder information. When you place an order with us, your information is encrypted using strong encryption and directly and securely transmitted to our card processor. Our card processor is a leader in secure payment processing, and is fully compliant with all industry standards. On subsequent orders, or in the case of subscriptions, they use the stored information to process the charge, and let us know payment has been made. Bandido Coffee Co. staff doesn’t have access to any sensitive card holder data at any time during an electronic purchase.
You agree that you are liable for purchases made through your BandidoCoffee.Co Account and assume responsibility for taking reasonable action to safeguard your account information to prevent unauthorized purchases. You further agree to notify Bandido promptly should you become aware of any actual or potential compromise of your Account information so that Bandido may take appropriate actions to safeguard Bandido legal interests.
In no event will Bandido Coffee Co., or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; or (iii) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Bandido Coffee Co. Bandido Coffee Co. shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at Hola@bandidocoffee.co within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
All items sold are sold “As is” and without warranty of any kind. Bandido Coffee Co. disclaims any warranty whether implied or implicit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bandido Project LLC. its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
After setting up an account with Bandido Coffee Co., you can access, review, correct and/or delete all of the personally identifiable information you provided to us by logging into your account. You may also ask us to assist by emailing us at Support@BandidoCoffee.co
We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform services for us.
